Amarant Academy is devoted to craftsmanship, future-oriented learning and job satisfaction. About Next-Gen Bakers
This one-year part-time post-secondary program was especially designed for people who want more from their career. In seven modules, you’ll learn everything about the bakery craft of the future: from ingredient knowledge to process optimisation, from artisan methods to industrial production. The program blends theory with practical, in-person teaching through inspiring lessons and assignments. You’ll work independently and complete hands-on tasks in a bakery, in order to work, learn and grow at the same time.

This program is perfect for you if you already work in an industrial bakery and want to move up, if you’re looking to switch careers into baking, or if you’ve just finished school and want to start strong. You’ll learn the craft and production processes as well as effective communication skills and how to improve products, and present them confidently.
